Inquiry: PET plastic nuts M42

we are currently in the process of entering the wind energy sector and are looking for a manufacturer of plastic nuts (made of PET) in the size range M36 to M42.
We would like to ask you whether you can imagine being able to manufacture such nuts - in other words, to make a tool and produce the nuts in series.

As we are just starting to build up this business segment, it is difficult to forecast exact quantities.
We have currently received an inquiry for a quantity of around 2,000 units, which we are likely to be commissioned with.
We could imagine a batch quantity of 10,000 units.
Today we have on order for 1,000 nuts, so please offe 1,000 and 10,000 pcs as well as delivery time.

Could you offer a quantity of 10,000 pcs?

Perhaps one more thing: the customer has already orderd.
So it would be a bit of a rush.
