We work in the field of the Motorcycle and Bicycle Industry. Some of our customers are big actors in these fields and they produce large quantities of parts. In particular, the part we want to quote is an small DIN 912 allen bolt (M4x0.7 15 mm length), with not high mechanical properties requirement. What is required by our customer is using 100% recycled steel in its production and we would like to know if you have recycled material in your raw material options, and if yes, which are the technical specification of this alloy.
In the other hand we want to ask to quote the mentioned both in two scenarios, 15.000 parts per year and 50.000 parts per year. We need to know the cost per part, and the minimum batch.
