1. The offer invited without any cost to the Purchaser.
2. Payment Terms (credit terms) should be mentioned in Offer.
3. The offer shall be for the complete scope supply.
4. GST Taxes, Packing & Forwarding charges & Freight Charges, to be indicated separately.
5. Offer validity required up to 60 days.
6. Guarantee / Warranty for free replacement required 24 Month from the date of delivery or 18 Months from the dated of installation, whichever is later.
7. If you fail to deliver the materials in time, Purchaser reserve the right to levy liquidated damages for Late deliveries @ 0.5% per week to maximum 5% of total supply value of the PO.

2. Vendor to submit data sheet, drawing, QAP with offer
3. Offer shall be as per Standard Specification.
