We are looking for a push lock fastener as shown in the picture below. Fastener must conduct electricity and must not enhance bimetallic corrosion between aluminum and it self.
We would require 3000 pcs for the pre-series and 12000 pcs/year. Please quote your minimum quantities, tooling and estimated timeline.
Dimensions:
Diameter ‘’B’’= max. 11.5 mm +/- 0.2 mm
Diameter ‘’E’’= suitable for shaft diameter 8.5 mm (rough estimate 7.62 mm)
Thickness ''T'' = 0.25 mm
