General Requirements:
Latest edition of ASME standards shall apply.
Origin of raw materials and manufacturing must be UK, EU, USA, or Japan only.
Vendor to clearly state material origin and manufacturing location in the quotation.
EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) required, issued by the original mill/manufacturer.
MTC must include chemical composition and mechanical test results.
MTC on stockist letterhead is not acceptable.
Kindly include the following in your quotation:
Unit price and total price (please specify currency and Incoterm).
Delivery lead time.
Country of origin.
Validity of quotation.
Any minimum order requirement.
