I am looking for a supplier of the following fasteners:

d Washer ISO 7089-12-200HV-ISO 4042/ZnNi8/Cn/T0
Can you supply them? If so, are they custom (due to the zinc-nickel coating)?
I have never seen fasteners with this coating available off-the-shelf.
