2021-12-17 - We are a Finnish company called Kuusamon Uistin, located in Kuusamo Finland. We manufacture arctic ski bindings for outdoor and military purposes. We are looking to source a specific kind of screw in quite big volume over the next few years and would like to hear: Whether you are interested in customizing a screw for us? What kind of pricing and MOQ would we be talking about?, and What would be the lead time for these items? The technical drawing is in the attachment: The material of the screw should be galvanized steel The total length of the screw can be from 17 mm to 20 mm The diameter of the external thread can be maximum 6 mm We are willing to discuss the construction and specifications of the screw in order to find a solution that is easy for you to manufacture. In case we find the optimal technical solution with you, our first order would be 300 000 pcs. The total need during the next five years would be 1 200 000 screws. We would also like to review a trial batch of these items before making a firm PO. Kindly let me know, if this would be something of interest to you.
