Fine thread nut M42x2 V4A/1.4539 - Austria

2022-02-09 - To fasten the filter cartridge, we need a fine-thread nut, low form DIN 439 (ISO 8675) with dimensions M42x2 mm. The steel quality should be V4A for most applications, but in special applications we need the nut in 1.4539. Do you manufacture such nuts or do you sell this type of nut in the required quality? If you sell such nuts, could you please make me an offer for <50, 50-100 and >100 pieces in both steel qualities? We are currently developing the filter cartridge, but would like to launch the cartridge by the end of this year. We calculate with the following annual requirements: • Nut M42x2 in V4A → 4,000 pieces • Nut M42x2 in 1.4539 → 2,000 pieces However, we expect to gradually increase the annual requirement in the coming years. We would like to use the nuts in steel grade 1.4539, but if this is not possible we have a few alternative steel grades which, based on our experience, would also be possible: • Hastelloy oC22 o C-275 if • 1.4547 (Alloy SMO254) • 14563 (Alloy 28) If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me using the contact details below! Many Thanks
