2025-02-28 - I am writing to request a quotation for the items listed in the attached file. Our company is currently in the process of sourcing materials for an upcoming project, and we are interested in the products you offer. Currently, we require 5 pieces of this item. However, in the future, we anticipate needing 2,000 pieces as we ramp up for larger projects, and we will likely need to place larger orders. Please provide a detailed quotation, including the following information: 1) Unit price for 5 pieces and for 2,000 pieces 2) Lead time for delivery 3) Payment terms 4) Any additional charges (e.g., shipping, handling, taxes) Additionally, if possible, we would appreciate it if you could provide some samples of the requested items for our evaluation. We are aiming to finalize our procurement plans soon, so we would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to your favorable reply. Best regards,
