Inquiry: Sub-assembly- ((pre-assembled screw + washer) and and loctite

We are looking for one of our sub-assembly step (installing a washer onto a screw and applying Loctite) to be outsourced. Therefore would like to know if you could do this process for us.

Potential requirements:

DIN 912 M3 screws length 8 mm (Side note: currently we have 40K on hands). Screw- Screw DIN 912 (ISO 4762) - M3x8 - A2 . Washer - Flat Washer DIN 9021 3,2x9x0,8 A2
Washer permanently retained on the screw- Important
Pre-applied thread locking patch (equivalent to Loctite functionality) Example: Loctite Precote® 80 / Precote® 85 (you can also suggest us, we need the best quality). Goal: The screw is A2 and it goes in aluminum part so sometime to test something we need to unscrew it so we should be able to use the same screw 2 to 3 times. This means the Loctite should not fade or go off.
Suitable for high-volume production. For 2026 we need 34 * 5000 = ~205K units
Scope- The screw and the washer with Loctite will go in the aluminum stand. So the idea is the washer should not move when the screw is removed from the box.

We would like to know if you can do this sub-process for us, and further details on it . We need to start the production as soon as possible I would suggest to send us the sample so that we can test.
