We specialise in the machining material grades from high tensile CS 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, CrMo B7/L7/M, L43 and heat resistant grades to stainless, Nitronic 50/60, aluminium-bronze, cupro-nickel, duplex, super duplex S32750/60, 6Mo and nickel alloys such as Hastelloy C276, Inconel 718, alloy 625, 725, 825, 925, Nimonic 80A, Monel K500 / 400 plus many more.
We also hold over €5,000,000 in stock, increasing how fast we can deliver parts to yourself.
We can fully manufacture internally on our CNCs, able to both hot & cold forge and thread role to a capacity of M1.6 (1/16”) diameter to M180 (7”) at ANY length.
We offer full 100% traceability to ensure quality standards are met and are ISO 9001:2000 approved, along with Certificate of conformity (CoC), BS EN 10204 3.1, BS EN 10204 3.2 with third party inspection bodies.
We also provide extra testing, e.g Ultrasonic, Hardness, Proof loading.
